• Automatic annual renewal. Your membership automatically renews on an annual basis. Unless you cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (Part 4), your membership will renew for the following year, and the applicable membership fee will be charged to your payment method on file before the start of the renewal term.

1.4 Cancellation, Refunds, and Fulfillment
Cancellation of your membership is governed by our Cancellation Policy (Part 4). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (Part 3). The delivery of our services is governed by our Service Fulfillment Policy (Part 5). Each of these policies forms part of these Terms.

1.5 Changes to Our Offerings
We may, without prior notice, change the memberships or services we offer; stop providing any membership, service, or feature; or create limits on our services. We may permanently or temporarily modify or discontinue any offering for any reason, or for no reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

1.6 Communications Consent
By providing your contact information to us, you agree that Clark Plumbing LLC may contact you by text message, telephone call, and email regarding Clark Plumbing offers and promotions, appointment scheduling, and general client communication. Message and data rates may apply. 3.1 Membership Billing
Membership fees are billed and payable in full prior to the performance of any service. Memberships automatically renew on an annual basis, and the applicable fee is charged to your payment method on file before the start of each renewal term.

 

3.2 Refunds Before Service
If you cancel your membership before any service has been performed under that membership, you are eligible for a full refund of the membership fee.

 

3.3 After Service Has Been Performed
If any service has been performed under your membership during the then-current membership year and you subsequently cancel, you will not receive a refund of your membership fee. In addition, as described in our Cancellation Policy (Part 4), you will be responsible for paying the standard market-rate fees for labor and materials for any job(s) completed during that membership year.

 

3.4 30-Day Pre-Renewal Cancellation
If you cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to your annual renewal date, the market-rate repayment obligation described above will not apply, and your membership will simply not renew for the following year. Because membership fees are charged before the renewal term begins, cancelling within this window means you will not be charged for the upcoming year.

 

3.5 How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

 

3.6 Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur, even after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your membership, we will contact you and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

 

 

Part 4 — Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel your membership with Clark Plumbing LLC and what happens when you do. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions (Part 1) and our Refund Policy (Part 3).

4.1 How to Cancel
You may request to cancel your membership at any time by contacting us using the details in Part 7. Your cancellation takes effect once we have received and processed your request.

 

4.2 Cancellation Before Any Service
If you cancel your membership before any service has been performed under that membership, you are eligible for a full refund of the membership fee, as described in our Refund Policy (Part 3).

 

4.3 Cancellation After Service Has Been Performed
If any service has been performed under your membership during the then-current membership year and you subsequently cancel, the following applies:

• You will not receive a refund of your membership fee since services have been provided; and

• You will be responsible for paying the standard market-rate fees for labor and materials for any job(s) completed during that membership year that were billed at a discounted membership rate.

 

4.4 30-Day Pre-Renewal Cancellation
If you cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to your annual renewal date, the market-rate repayment obligation described in Section 4.3 will not apply. In that case, your membership will simply not renew for the following year.

 

4.5 Automatic Renewal
Memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled. To avoid being charged for the upcoming year, you must cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to your annual renewal date as described above.

 

4.6 Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule. Continued rescheduling or last minute cancellation may result in the revocation of membership or added trip fees.

 

 

Part 5 — Service Fulfillment Policy
Clark Plumbing LLC is a service-based business. We provide plumbing services in person at our customers' homes and properties. Because we deliver services rather than ship physical products, this policy explains how and when your services are fulfilled.

 

5.1 Nature of Our Services
The memberships and services purchased through our website are fulfilled by performing plumbing work in person at your home or property. We do not ship or deliver physical products. Any parts or materials provided are supplied as part of the plumbing service performed on-site by our technicians.

 

5.2 Service Area
We provide services within our local service area in and around Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Service areas include, but are not limited to Chester County, as well as parts of Montgomery County and Delaware County. If your address falls outside our service area, we will let you know before scheduling.

 

5.3 Scheduling Your Service
After you purchase a membership or request service, we will contact you to schedule an appointment at a mutually convenient time. Service availability and scheduling timeframes may vary based on demand, technician availability, and the nature of the work requested.

 

5.4 Performing the Service
To allow us to perform the service, please ensure that:

• An adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the appointment, unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance;

• Our technicians have safe and clear access to the areas of the property where work is to be performed; and

• Any pets are secured and the work area is reasonably accessible.

 

5.5 Delays
Occasionally, service may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as weather, parts availability, property access issues, or scheduling conflicts. If we anticipate a delay affecting your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule.

 

5.6 Completion of Service
Service is considered fulfilled once the requested plumbing work has been performed at your property. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us using the details in Part 7 so we can address them.

 

 

Part 6 — Terms and Conditions of Promotions
These Terms and Conditions of Promotions ("Promotion Terms") govern any promotion, discount, coupon, special offer, or similar incentive ("Promotion") offered by Clark Plumbing LLC. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms, along with our Terms and Conditions (Part 1) and other applicable policies.

 

6.1 Application of These Terms
These Promotion Terms apply to all Promotions offered by Clark Plumbing unless a specific Promotion states otherwise. Where a particular Promotion has its own published terms, those specific terms control to the extent they conflict with these general Promotion Terms.

 

6.2 Eligibility
Unless a Promotion states otherwise:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and located within our service area to participate;

• Promotions are available only to the customers or audiences they are specifically directed to (for example, new customers or existing members); and

• We reserve the right to verify eligibility before honoring any Promotion.

• Promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit; and

6.4 Expiration
Each Promotion is valid only during the period stated in the offer. Expired Promotions will not be honored.

 

6.5 Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Any applicable taxes or fees associated with a Promotion are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing applies only to the items specified and does not apply to any other purchase.
